1. You agree to lend us £10,000 for 12 months at a rate commensurate to 6% p.a.

2. We use that in addition to our own money in our next project.

3. We have 12 months to complete that project. We then repay our clients and you get your £10,000 and an additional £600.

4. You could then lend us that same £10,000 again for our next project and effectively recycle the same capital to earn more.
